It’s no doubt pretty expensive for a pair of jeans, on par with other higher end brand prices. However at least on first look/wash/wear it’s definitely a good quality.

I would recommend though that if you get the next size up that you wear. it comes up a little short and there isn’t really any give. thankfully I still fit in the ones I bought 😆

Sigh. Across their store in UK and the one in Canada- I love the selvedge Khaki green cargo pants on offer on Kickstarter that sadly didn’t get funded. Happily came to the Canada Etsy & bought the beautiful khaki green selvedge material on offer on Kickstarter but didn’t read carefully: nope… just chinos/not cargos. Now tried a second time: bought these here. These are great! Awesome construction and material. And cargoes! Japanese cotton. But they aren’t Selvedge. I wanted NEITHER OF THESE quite as they are. I wanted what was offered on Kickstarter. I’ve bought two pairs neither achieving green, selvedge, cargo. So that is why my sigh. But if you want a beautiful pair of selvedge chinos - they have great ones. And if you want some Japanese cloth cargoes by all means buy these! Very very good stuff!!
